What is Accelerated Reader? Accelerated Reader is a computer program accessed through Renaissance Learning that helps parents and teachers encourage and monitor their students' reading. Your child picks a book and either reads independently or listens to the book. When finished, your child takes a short quiz on the AR program. AR gives children, teachers, and librarians feedback based on the quiz results.
What books are AR books?
